join us for fellowship.  join us for growth.  join us for discipleship.  at this retreat, we will travel together on our journey of faith and explore what we need to take with us.  We will be challenged to take a step towards deeper commitment to Jesus Christ. and  of course, there will be lots of fun with hay rides, swamp ball, campfires, the climbing wall, hiking, six square, and a lot more.

So come.  Relax.  Have fun.  And expect the Spirit to blow some fresh air through your soul at the 2007 Middle School Retreat.

Why:  To experience fellowship, relaxation, an exciting weekend devoted to Jesus Christ.

How:  Registration is designed for the youth pastor or leader to do all of the paperwork for the group.  (*Participants will need a signed health form by the parent or guardian.)  Registration is available by telephone or by mailing in the registration form from the brochure.

The Technical Stuff:

Cost: The cost is based on lodging accommodations: Cabins are $50 per participant.  The Main Lodge rooms (dormitory style lodging) is $70 per participant.  Scott Lodge rooms (hotel style, private bath) are $80 per participant with 3-5 people in a room, including 1 adult.  This includes all meals, lodging, and programming.   Just bring a few extra dollars for items at the Camp Store.

Chaperones:  The minimum chaperone to participant ratio is 1:8 of each gender. (For example, a church with 4 female participants and 4 male participants will require 2 chaperones -- 1 male and 1 female chaperone.)  Leaders and chaperones will be responsible for the behavior of their youth.  If you need chaperones for your group, contact Becky Little about hiring a chaperone or two!  Crestfield will provide staffing required for all other programming, allowing youth leaders and chaperones the opportunity to build relationships with their youth.

Cost and Refunds:  The cost is based on lodging accommodations and includes all meals, lodging, and programming.  There is a $15 dollar non-refundable deposit per each participant due at the time of registration.  A bill for the remainder of your fees will be mailed upon confirmation, and is due at the time of arrival to the retreat.  If a participant has registered, but is not able to attend, a refund (minus the deposit) is available by writing a letter explaining the request for a refund.
