Building on Previous Success
To Renew - To Build - To Empower!

Crestfield has developed a strategic plan that builds on its previous success with the construction of Scott Lodge.
Throughout its 60+ year history, Crestfield has proven its ability to be a welcoming space to various communities throughout the tri-state area. Crestfield consistently demonstrates solid fiscal management, utilizing individual and foundation support to maximize its impact on those communities it serves both on and off site. Crestfield’s mission statement was refined three years ago to further reflect and simultaneously direct its staff and governing bodies to serve the communities it desires to unite, to renew, to build and to empower:
Crestfield is called by God to partner with churches and communities to nurture all people in Christ through discipling, outreach, sanctuary and hospitality so that they may participate more fully in what God is doing in the world.
Crestfield’s governing body believes that everyone who desires to attend summer camp or a seasonal retreat should have the opportunity. Over the past five years, nearly $75,000 in scholarship aid was awarded to children from various marginalized communities to support a transformative experience. Even so, many summer campers and year-round retreaters have yet to encounter the transformative experience at Crestfield.

“Self-confidence and growth in relationship skills, love of physical activity, and understanding responsibility to community and our environment...
camps and conference centers contribute to strong individuals and engage each participant in the next step of development.”
