Crestfield Camp and Conference Center is not only a physical place, but is a community of people who work together to accomplish the goals of the organization as well as their own personal goals.

• Crestfield mentors via internships affiliated with Penn State University, Slippery Rock University, Waynesburg University and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
• Crestfield provides a space and place for young adults to discern their future vocational aims through a program of mentoring and discernment.
• Young adults gain valuable experience in behavioral management, teamwork, team leadership, teaching and mentoring. They are a testament to the transformative and enriching experience that serving at Crestfield can be.
• Crestfield offers Eagle Scouts and Senior Girl Scouts the opportunity to complete their culminating projects on its property.
• Above all, Crestfield is the community of those whose lives have been touched. Throughout Western Pennsylvania and the rest of the world, you will find countless people who can share how Crestfield has impacted their lives. Serving as business executives, teachers, pastors, social workers, nurses, college administrators, lawyers, church leaders and volunteers, these individuals truly are “Crestfield” at its best – people whose lives have been shaped and transformed through Crestfield’s dynamic mission.
