Registration Fee:
The registration fee is applied towards the camp total. Please make checks payable to Pittsburgh Presbytery. The balance of the camp fee and completed health form are due by June 1st. The health form will be mailed to you upon acceptance of your registration form.
Registration is on a first-come, first serve basis. Register early to ensure the best chance of get- ting the camp of your choice. The $50 deposit is required to reserve a space.
If you would like to register for more than one session, please use one form for each camp. Also, please register one camper per registration form. You are welcome to make multiple copies of our registration form.
Confirmation:
Upon receiving your completed registration form and deposit, you will be sent a confirmation letter or e-mail, a checklist for what to bring, directions of how to get to Crestfield and a health form. Please complete the health form (with parent/guardian signature) and send it to Crestfield by June 1st. This form allows us to gain a better insight on how we can effectively minister to your child’s needs and be more prepared for his/her visit.
Discounts:
:: Repeaters Discount
Campers who attend one week of camp are able to attend additional weeks in the 2010 season for 1⁄2 price!! The less expensive camp receives the discount. Other discounts and coupons do not apply with the repeaters discount, except for the Early Bird Discount.
:: Family Discount
Families who send more than one child to Crestfield during the current camp season will receive a $50 discount on each additional child’s camp registration fee.
First child pays full rate, additional children each receive $50 discount. Other discounts and coupons do not apply with the family discount, except for the Early Bird Discount.
:: Early Bird Discount
If you register and pay in full by April 15th, you will receive a $25 discount for the balance of your summer camp registration fee. |
