Crestfield has a variety of lodging and meeting facilities to meet the needs of almost every group. From our modern Scott Lodge, to our rustic tenting sites, Crestfield can allow you to organize a week-long corporate meeting or offer a traditional tenting retreat for an energetic youth group.

Scott Lodge

Scott Lodge is a modern, twenty-four room hotel style facility that was opened in the fall of 1999. Scott Lodge contains 24 private rooms, with a total of 64 beds - perfect for an adult oriented retreat the features all of the comfort and privacy of home. In addition to the delightfully comfortable sleeping rooms (all bedding, towels, and linens are complimentary provided), Scott Lodge contains a large conference room adjacent to the outdoor courtyard.

When your group has finished with business in the conference room, relax by the fireplace in Harold's Room - a comfortable lounge furnished with a TV/VCR/DVD unit. Outside of Harold's you will find a coffee bar (equipped with sink, teas, coffee, microwave, toaster, and table for your snacks) available 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Scott Lodge is just a few steps away from the Dining Hall, and most of the activities of Crestfield.

Main Lodge

Originally constructed as a dairy barn in the beginning of the 1900's, the Main Lodge has been beautifully transformed into a versatile building that provides space for the Crestfield Dining Hall, office space, and Dormitory Style lodging.

Our Dining Hall possesses a modern kitchen and can serve up to 150 people at one setting. Located in the Dining Hall is a beautiful stone fireplace that accentuates a comfortable lounge area that can be utilized by user groups.

Above the Dining Hall on the second floor, the Main Lodge possesses ten dormitory style bedrooms that are serviced by centrally located bathrooms. Some rooms have two beds, others have three. There are a total of 20 beds in the Main Lodge, with room for a few more cots as well.

The office space is utilized by the Crestfield staff. This addition was added to the Main Lodge in 2001. The Executive Director, Program Director, and Registrar are centrally located in the office area.

Cabins

The cabins at Crestfield provide the main source of housing for our summer campers, and their versatility allows them to be used by many retreat groups and conferences throughout the year. Our six cabins have capacity for up to 144 people (24 per cabin). Each cabin has two bedrooms, both with bunk beds for 12.

The cabins allow for great time of community and sharing as campers and retreaters share space and reflect on the day with one another.

The cabin area is divided into two separate areas for men and women. A warm, centralized bath house in each area serves the cabins for bathing facilities.

Rec Hall

The Rec Hall provides the largest amount of indoor meeting space at Crestfield. The building is made up of three distinct meetings spaces– each named for their location within in the building. The Front Room is largest and is capable of holding over 100 youth. During the summer summer camp and youth retreats, participants often sit on the carpeted floor. Of course we gladly adapt this space for adult use by providing tables and chairs. The Back Right Room is a more informal gathering space complete with couches in the round. The Back Left Room may be your ideal choice for a small group meeting space. Each space is rented separately so choose one room, or choose them all.

Whichever space you choose in the Rec Hall you will enjoy indoor restrooms very close to your meeting facility.

The Rec Hall also is home to our indoor climbing facility; rain or shine opportunities abound at Crestfield. The climbing wall in located in the Center Room which also features indoor play space for children and youth (and adults who are young at heart!).
